David sits down with Josh Malone, inventor of Bunch O Balloons to talk about his recent troubles with companies infringing on his patents and the lengthly legal battles to protect his rights as an inventor. They discuss the 2011 America Invents Act which stripped inventors rights away from many patent holders through the creation of a nonlegal advisory board at the US Patent Office which was made to resolve patent disputes and more often than not, revoke prior issued patents.
